Spectacular Homes KC Magazine

Like any business, Spectacular Homes KC began with a simple idea:  with all the companies that exist in the Kansas City home sector, what avenue does one have to find a trustworthy and reliable business to address your specific housing needs? The idea itself was born out of just that very question.  Having been in the home industry for most of his life, David Shafer, a home inspector, licensed appraiser and home builder, envisioned for years a need to bring to the general public a resource guide specific to some of the best home related companies he has had the proud distinction of working with over the past decade.  In the spring of 2009, the first such publication was finally produced.  And with each successive publication, the ‘family’ continues to grow and to better serve the needs of our customers.

In addition, the numbers of trades/services are also limited, so as not to dilute the publication with a large number of similar companies.  We strive to find a balance of excellent and reliable choices for the general public without compromising the quality and integrity of the publication.
