A third generation home builder, as well as a licensed appraiser and home inspector, David is also a proud husband and father of two boys. Since as long as he can remember, David has plied his trade in the home industry, and has made countless and invaluable friends along the way. This has helped in the realization that has now become Spectacular Homes KC. He is an avid golfer and proud supporter of all the local Kansas City teams, be it college or pro.
A graduate of the University of Kansas, Lance is an 11 year veteran in the world of telecommunications. By 2006, he embarked upon a career in the home industry, encountering a few bumps and bruises along the way. In late spring of 2009, David, Samantha and Lance joined forces to help promote Spectacular Homes KC and make the vision become what it is today. In his spare time, Lance can frequently been seen taking money from David on the golf course.
A current student at the University of Kansas, Samantha has been an invaluable part of Spectacular Homes KC since day one. She is a self taught graphic designer, and photographer, both skills which have been put on display in all our current publications. She is an avid runner that continues to strongly encourage both Lance and David to do the same. Good luck, Samantha. Good luck.
